Welcome to Splash News 26. What a week! The Air Festival Giveaway brought record surfing levels and one of our best weeks ever for referrals too. Some prizes remain unclaimed from Referral Lotto and so the winners list is below again. Hit Exchange News ranks us at NUMBER ONE this week, Traffic Hoopla ranks us at 11.

AIR FESTIVAL GIVEAWAY
I love these $1,000 Giveaway Days. We are definitely going to do more. Those of you who won mystery prizes will know that there was an extra surprise up my sleeve for winners too. In fact, Tim and I gave away $6,000 worth of free advertising in just four days. Fantastic! And my cousin Carl got quite a bit of publicity too! He's moving to France to open a gite by the way if anyone is interested. It's in the Dordogne I think - somewhere South-West-ish anyway. 

Traffic-Splash delivered in excess of 100,000 hits a day for five successive days too. That's more hits than were delivered in the first 7 months of Traffic-Splash's existence last year. The ratio of unique hits actually rose slightly to 58% as well and with prize pages hidden inside the sites, I have received masses of comments about the good results that were achieved too. 

And that's the whole point at the end of the day. Results, results, results!

Fast Easy Traffic has had another great week too with surf records being smashed almost daily. Three weeks ago, the record was under 3,000 pages total surf in a day. Last week the record rose to 13,000 and on Sunday it rose to 27,899 pages. That was the third consecutive day that you broke the record. We're currently giving double credits on the bonus page AND each time we break the record for pages surfed in a day we'll raise that to TRIPLE credits for the next day! Check it out here.

NEW SURFING LOGOUT PAGE
To accompany the new surf rewards we're about to introduce something I've never seen in any exchange before. It's probably been done sometime, cos everything has. I'll ask Jon Olson or Rich Taylor of SplashPoints next time I see them. They'll know for sure, but anyway, this week I saw somebody recommending that it's best to surf 10 pages a day at Traffic-Splash. What a load of smelly brown stuff! At very very least I'd have said to do 15 pages to hit the first bonus and now of course I'd say 30 pages is the absolute bare minimum to maximise your effort. 

Then I got to thinking, that's my fault. Nobody would suggest a 10 pagesurf if I had informed the customers well enough. Ok, I know it's all posted in Members Home and it's pretty hard to miss but still, you can't expect everybody to read that, human nature.  

So how can I help you to help yourselves more? I had a little idea, which we're going to try out as soon as Tim has finished moving house and can implement it in the surfbar. 

Every time you logout you will see this. In theory, it should help you to maximise your own efforts, it will really help newbies, and if you're a referrer, then you should earn a few more credits when your team surfs a little more. Win, win, win I think. Like it? Let me know below ....

SITE APPROVALS UPDATE
Good news! uVme is no longer a framebreaker so please feel free to enter your sites again. Although, you shouldn't really use these sites anyway - they convert really really badly. This opp is a perfect candidate for splashpages because the main site loads sooooooo slooooowlyyyyyyy. 

Here comes a shameless plug for one of our members who is creating really good splash pages for this opportunity at very good prices. His name is John Weir, aka Benny and he is a real TE vet, having run traffic exchanges since 2001. He really knows his stuff and has built a uvme team of almost 1,000 people through traffic exchange advertising. Like I said he really knows his stuff. You'll find him here. 

List Bandit is still a framebreaker and they have not yet produced splash pages, but you know what? That really really doesn't matter. I started using this page only yesterday and it is working a treat for me. Get your copy here. 

The new Hits ConnectSite Approval System seems to be pretty much there now as we only hear about questionable site faiulures from a couple of members most days. If any of your sites fail the check please feel free to send Tim a Support Ticket. Tim will either explain why the site failed and show you how to correct it or he'll whitelist it for approval if at all possible. One day Tim will explain it to Deeds and I too so we can help more :) He needs to finish moving home first tho!

Tim is a really busy chap cos he also produced a video that shows just how simple and effective the new Hits Connect tracking system is. The vid only lasts three minutes and is well worth a quick peek here.

Thanks to all of you who have responded to the surveys so far. I will be mailing more of you as I really want to maximise the results of our big Summer promotion for you (and me too, of course). SOREN STOLE MY EMAIL!
Yes, it's true, the master listbuilder, The Safelist King himself, stole one of my emails yesterday. Almost word for word. Shocking eh?

Well, actually it ain't. He'd have asked if I wasn't out down the beach reading up on how Mike Filsaime built his biz and Soren has helped me so much that practically anything he does is fine by me. This kinda thing happens regularly. I often look at Soren's work and take bits here and there, and I look very closely at how Robert Puddy and William Brant write too, amongst others.  

In fact, when Soren launched Dragonsurf I wrote about the fact he'd been online full-time for 6 years and within a day I saw large parts of my email reproduced by five other TE owners. I find that very flattering but ya know what, I was wrong! Soren had only worked full-time online for two years at that point, so there ya go. Chinese whispers eh?

Anyway, why am I rambling about this you wonder? Where is he going? What's he going to recommend now?

Well, the point I'm sort of getting to, is that even those of us with list of 1000's can find it hard to be original every time we write. So, when I find a system where somebody promises to write emails for me, with my links, and they just let me count the commissions, I get very interested. So I'm guessing those who find writing less enjoyable than myself will stampede towards a system that does this. 

So guess what, an ingenious new system that does do this has just been launched, by my mate Soren, the master listbuilder, the Safelist King himself (hands up anyone who didn't see that coming!) 

Yup, Soren will write the emails and do all the followup. All you have to do is refer people to the system, watch your downlines grow in 8 different programs and count the commissions. Cool huh?

Oh, and it's a great way to get around the problem of promoting List Bandit in the exchanges too. Check it out.

SPLASHPOINTS IS COMING AND SO IS SOMETHING DEADLY! .....
In case you missed last week's news - you can now transfer your old Focus Points into Splash Points. This superb customer rewards program is being revamped and will be coming to Traffic-Splash and most quality traffic exchanges in a few weeks. So why not get rewarded for doing what you already do and get in early before the rush! 

If the stampede for Splash Points doesn't get you in a few weeks then it might be that you caught something deadly on Thursday. William Brant of MaxTrafficPro and Carnival Clicks has been very busy lately and I will be mailing you on Thursday (my Dad's Birthday) to tell you all about it.
