SURVEY
Well, I'm finally admitting defeat. Deeds and I both love processing Surf Rewards manually as it gives us a chance to chat with you but they are now taking several hours a day to process and so we have to automate the process. We'll carry on chatting to you in different ways but for now .....

I'd like your opinion on how you would prefer to claim your rewards. Would you like to:

A. Claim the rewards after you finish surfing - by pressing a button in the members area
or
B. Claim the rewards while you are surfing - just like the current bonus page.

Option B will reward more members as many won't return to the Members Area to claim (less than half of those who currently qualify send in Support tickets) Option A means I will be able to give larger rewards as the number of members claiming will be greatly reduced.

SITE APPROVAL SYSTEM UPDATE
I expect you will have noticed by now that the new Hits Connect site approval system is spreading around other exchanges. This really is a superb new system but there is one vital part of the approval system that is beyond the control of Hits Connect - You!

No Approval System can completely replace human eyes so if you spot any site that breaks our terms while you are surfing please report it. Very occasionally something will creep through and so we need your help too. We will reward you with credits for every good site report that you send in.

Oh, and on a related note - Tim has produced a video that shows just how simple and effective the new Hits Connect tracking system is. The vid only lasts three minutes and is well worth a quick peek here.

SUMMER SPECIAL TESTING
Thanks to all of you who have responded to the surveys so far. I will be mailing more of you as I really want to maximise the results of our big Summer promotion for you (and me too, of course). So, I will continue sending some sample offers to select groups of you for the rest of this month to get your opinions on what you think works best. MTP CONFERENCE
I'd just like to say a big thanks to William Brant for inviting me to chat about traffic exchanges in his conference room on Saturday. I really enjoyed it and it was great to meet and chat to more than a few of you too.

Thanks again to all of you that wrote in afterwards. I really appreciated all your kind thoughts. This response in particular stood out:

Mike and I have since chatted a few times and he has designed a couple of lead capture pages to split-test that will hopefully bring him lots of subscribers to his list. This is exactly what makes conferences soooo worthwhile.
