Clean and Speed Up Your PC April 7, 2007
Posted by paul in : Stories , trackbackMy good friend John Weir has been running traffic exchanges since 2001. Almost everybody in UK traffic exchanges will have had dealings with John before and his new site Postcard-ads is proving popular too.
One of the things that prospective traffic exchange owners don’t realise is that to admin their exchange correctly and look after their members interests they will probably have to put their own PC at risk when they’re checking new site submissions.
I must admit I was reluctant and it was one reason I wanted a technical partner. Well, that kinda never happened so I was really grateful when John offered to help me out with my PC security. I needed to move away from Norton and John set me up with a suite of programs that look after my PC for free.
One program that particularly stands out for me is C Cleaner. I’m not saying what the C stands for but this thing cleans all the #rap off your PC and it is stunningly fast too. This morning it cleaned out 94mb off my PC in less than a minute. Highly highly recommended.
