MEET MR X July 9, 2007
Posted by paul in : Traffic-Splash news , add a commentHey guess what, I’m not Mr X any more. I’m a real boy! My name is Tim Rash and I wondered if you might want to know a little more about me and how I’ll be looking after you. No? Well I’m going to tell you anyway.
I am the 27 year-old proud father of Rylee and a recent graduate of Iowa State University, majoring in Computer Engineering. I guess that makes me a computer nerd too, but Rylee and I do get out and see the real world sometimes. Honest!
I got into traffic exchanges in a strange way really. When I was at college I started a comedy website and needed traffic so I started using traffic exchanges. I discovered there are a heck of a lot of really poor exchanges out there so I thought why not try and do better. After all, I have a major advantage over most owners because I’m a programmer. I can develop new stuff and (the bit that takes most time) I can fix stuff when it gets bent out of shape!
I launched my new exchange just a few months ago. Well maybe stealth-launched is a better description because I discovered something. I’m not a marketer, and that’s where Paul comes in. Paul was looking to hire a programmer on retainer but we really hit it off and came to a realization. Paul is a technophobe and I can’t write! We figured we’d make perfect business partners and our customers get the best of both worlds. We now have the power to grow the exchanges fast and bring more eyeballs to your sites, plus we have the ability to develop new features for you too. I’ve been really surprised at how many ideas Paul has, that he hasn’t been able to introduce because of the lack of technical support before. This is going to be fun!
So what is my exchange? Well, it’s called FastEasyTraffic, where we make traffic easy. The surf is great, with lots of bonuses and with Paul around you can guarantee that’s about to improve too. We also have something no other exchange has got. My TrackerLinkX system can tell you exactly where all the signups to FET have come from. So, we take the guesswork out of all your advertising as you can easily see which exchanges work best.
Oh, and talking of new features, we’re about to introduce dynamic surfing too, and I forgot to say we have set up a huge referral contest too. $1,000 plus is up for grabs and the top twenty referrers all win something!
So if you like your traffic fast and easy, please come and join me.

Can I Give You Free Referrals? July 9, 2007
Posted by paul in : Uncategorized , add a commentHere is another new free bonus that I don’t think anyone else is doing yet. Would you like to give yourself a fair advantage in the battle for new referrals?
I’m promoting this page in other exchanges for a couple of thousand of hits a day.
Would you like your name, your photo, your link and your Traffic-Splash referral link on there?
If you are an active Splasher (either upgraded or you surf a fair bit or I see you promoting us) then please feel free to send your testimonial here and you may get into the rotator.
Oh, and don’t forget to upload your photo too.
Thanks for Surfing July 9, 2007
Posted by paul in : Traffic-Splash news , add a commentThis week’s rankings at Traffic Hoopla are out and we’re back in the top ten again (number 9) and we’re currently number 3 in the HEN Top Ten too.
I find it astonishing that an exchange so young, which wasn’t launched in a huge blaze of JV glory, is ranked so highly so quickly and it’s all down to you guys.
Thank you for all you are doing to help Trafffic-Splash become a top exchange. I really do appreciate it. Please keep doing what you’re doing. Surf’s up. Thank you.
New Server July 9, 2007
Posted by paul in : Traffic-Splash news , add a commentThe dolphins are now in their new permanent home.
This shiny new server is quad-core Xeon type thingy and it is HUGE!
I noticed the other afternoon (ie quiet time) that we had 37 people surfing and even so, we were still at only 6% capacity. I love this server!
